✅ What’s Covered
Warranty Coverage: This warranty covers mechanical movement and core timekeeping functions of watches manufactured by Verilon Mods.
Warranty Period: 2 years from the original purchase date (only for the first customer).
We cover:
Factory defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Necessary parts and labor to address eligible defects.
Movement not functioning under standard conditions (no impact or tampering involved).
🔁 7-Day Exchange Guarantee
If your watch shows a manufacturer-related defect within 7 days of delivery, you are entitled to a free one-time exchange.
This applies only if:
The issue is caused by internal defects (e.g. movement failure, crown mechanism not working).
The watch has not been worn extensively, damaged, or tampered with.
You contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, providing clear photos or video proof.
This is a separate benefit in addition to the 2-year warranty and applies only to the original purchaser.
❌ What’s Not Covered
Damage caused by impact, misuse, accidental drops, water exposure, or unauthorized repair/modification.
Damage caused by opening the watch case or altering internal parts.
Cosmetic wear such as scratches, fading, or discoloration.
Issues from not following watch care guidelines.
Water damage (unless the upgraded water resistance option was purchased).

🛠 How to Claim Warranty
Contact Us: Email contact@verilonmods.com to report the issue.
Provide Proof of Purchase: Include your order number or receipt.
Shipping: You cover return shipping costs. If the claim is valid, we’ll cover return shipping after repair/replacement.
Inspection & Response: We will assess the item and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Verilon Mods is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damage arising from product use. This warranty is limited to the terms above and applies only to original purchasers.
