Verlion Mods is an independent brand specializing in the design, customization, and sale of handcrafted wristwatches assembled using legally sourced components. Our watches are not produced, distributed, or endorsed by Seiko Holdings Corporation or any of its affiliated companies.
We operate globally and serve international customers from our production base in Vietnam and our registered business entity in the United States (Verlion LLC).
2. No Affiliation with Seiko
Verlion Mods is not affiliated with, authorized by, or connected in any official capacity to Seiko or its subsidiaries.
Our products are independent modifications (“Seiko Mods”) created using Time Module Inc. (TMI) NH-series movements (e.g., NH35, NH36).
Any use of the Seiko name or references to Seiko movements is strictly for descriptive and technical purposes.
Customers should not interpret our products as official Seiko watches or as imitations/counterfeits.
3. Components & Assembly
Each watch is hand-assembled using:
Legally purchased TMI mechanical movements
Third-party cases, dials, hands, crystals, and straps
These are custom builds using modular, compatible parts.
Every product is unique and undergoes strict quality control to ensure accuracy, durability, and reliability.
4. Intellectual Property
All logos, trademarks, brand names, and product names mentioned on our website remain the property of their respective owners.
Verlion Mods does not replicate, reproduce, or sell counterfeit goods.
Our designs are original custom creations and do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
We take IP seriously and will respond promptly to any legitimate claim of violation.

All sales, services, and disputes are subject to the laws of the United States and/or Vietnam, as applicable.
