Refund policy

At Verlion Mods, every watch is carefully inspected and tested before shipping. Because our products are custom-built and handcrafted, we maintain a strict return and exchange policy.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

The item is defective due to a manufacturing issue

The issue is reported within 7 calendar days of receiving the order

If eligible, you may choose between
a) A replacement of the same or equivalent model
b) A full refund, including the original shipping cost

2. Conditions for Return

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all original accessories

You must provide photo or video evidence clearly showing the defect

The request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for
a) Change of mind or personal preference
b) Incorrect selection of model or size
c) Damage caused by mishandling, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

3. Return Process

To request a return, please email contact@verlionmods.com with
• Your order number
• Clear images/videos of the issue
• A short explanation of the problem

Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days to guide you through the next steps.

4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

If you chose a replacement, it will be shipped free of charge

5. Shipping Responsibility

If the defect is confirmed, Verlion Mods will cover all return and replacement shipping costs
If the item does not meet return conditions, we reserve the right to deny the return request
