Refund policy

At Verlion Mods, every watch is carefully inspected and tested before shipping.
Because our products are custom-built and handcrafted, we maintain a strict return, refund, and cancellation policy.

By purchasing from Verlion Mods, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange only if:

  • The item is defective due to a manufacturing issue

  • The issue is reported within 7 calendar days of receiving your order

If eligible, you may choose between:

  • a) A replacement of the same or equivalent model

  • b) A full refund, including the original shipping cost

2. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories included

  • You must provide photo or video evidence clearly showing the defect

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

  • a) Change of mind or personal preference

  • b) Incorrect selection of model, size, or design

  • c) Damage caused by mishandling, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

3. Order Cancellation Policy (Before Shipping)

If you request to cancel your order before it has been shipped, we can process the cancellation.

However, please note:

  • Payment providers (such as banks, card processors, or third-party payment platforms) charge a service processing fee at the time of purchase

  • This fee is non-refundable and is not returned to us, even when a refund is issued

Therefore, in the case of order cancellation before shipment:

  • The refund amount will exclude the non-refundable processing/service fee

  • Only the remaining balance will be returned to your original payment method

4. Return Process

To request a return, exchange, or refund, please email:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear images/videos of the issue

  • A short explanation of the problem

Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • If you chose a replacement, it will be shipped free of charge

6. Shipping Responsibility

  • If the defect is confirmed, Verlion Mods will cover all return and replacement shipping costs

  • If the item does not meet return conditions, we reserve the right to deny the return request
